Putting shoes on feet in our community.
I'm the director of Church of Many Hands. For months now I have been donating plasma twice a week to fund shoes for people in our community who need them. That is real money out of my own body, every week, because I have watched people go without.
But the need far outweighs my ability.
So we are asking for help. New or used shoes for all ages and genders. For winter, we especially need newer, water-resistant shoes. Every pair goes directly to someone in the Lansing area who needs them.
